We price every clean for the property in front of us. These are the things we look at.

- Heavy grease or limescale takes longer than a well-kept flat.
- Furnished or empty
- Furniture means more surfaces to clean and more to work around.
- Extras
- Anything beyond our standard list that you’d like us to include.
- Access & parking
- Permit zones and busy central streets can add time.
- Timing
- Your preferred date, and how keys are collected or returned.
Before we arrive
A few things that help everything go smoothly.
- If you’re moving out, take your belongings first.
- Keep the electricity and hot water on.
- Defrost the fridge and freezer the day before.
- Arrange access: you, your agent, or a key collection.
- Let us know about parking when you get in touch.
Common questions
Will this help me get my deposit back?
We’ll clean to the standard a check-out inspection looks for, and agree exactly what’s included before we start. We can’t promise a deposit outcome, though. That depends on the whole condition of the property, not only the cleaning.
Do I need to be there?
No. Lots of people leave keys with their agent or arrange a handover. Just tell us what suits you.
How far ahead should I get in touch?
As soon as you know your dates. Month-ends and the end of the academic year are busy, especially in Oxford, so the earlier you ask, the more choice you’ll have.
Do you bring your own equipment and products?
Yes. If there’s a product you’d like us to use or avoid on a particular surface, just let us know.
Can you work from my inventory or check-in report?
Yes. Mention it when you get in touch and we’ll ask you to send it over, then pay extra attention to anything it flags.
How do I pay?
Payment details are included with your quote. Nothing is paid through this website.
