Who we are
FH Property Care is a property cleaning business based in Oxford, serving Oxfordshire, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal information described here.
You can contact us about privacy at fhpropertycare@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the property’s postcode and details, your preferred dates and any notes you add.
Our hosting provider keeps short-term technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser type, to keep the website secure and working.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. While you fill in the quote form, your answers are saved in your own browser’s session storage so they aren’t lost if the page reloads. They stay on your device, and are cleared when you close the tab or once your enquiry is sent.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote, because you’ve asked us to take steps before entering into a contract.
- To arrange and carry out any clean you book, and to keep the records we are legally required to keep.
- To protect the website from spam and misuse, which is in our legitimate interests.
We don’t sell your information, and we won’t add you to a marketing list.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers we need to run the website and reply to you:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and processes form submissions.
- Resend delivers enquiry emails to us.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers.
- Our email provider, where we receive and reply to enquiries.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where your information is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK–US data bridge or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry doesn’t lead to a booking, we delete it within 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep job and invoicing records for as long as the law requires, typically six years.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy to take elsewhere. Contact us using the details above and we’ll respond within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes
We’ll update this page if anything changes and show the date above.
